Contingent or Retained
We offer two major placement options to suit your specialized hiring needs.
They are retained and contingency engagements. Retained engagements dedicate
the most recruiting resources while the three contingency engagement options
provide a range of decreasing dedication of resources. A brief description
of the benefits and effectiveness of each search is listed below. For
more assistance in choosing a search plan to best fit your needs, please
contact one of our recruiting specialists.
• Retained Engagements
are appropriate for business critical, extremely specialized or executive
positions that include compensation of $100,000 or greater. A retained
fee is required to initiate this search. We commit to do the following
for retained engagements:
• We will begin our search immediately and maintain the highest
level of priority throughout the search process.
• We provide one or more dedicated recruiting professionals
to work on the assignment for a maximum of 60 days.
• We guarantee to present a qualified candidate.
• Contingency Engagements feature no financial
risk to you, the client. We assume all of the expenses and collect a
fee only, when and if, a candidate is hired. We offer three contingency
options.
• Exclusive Contingency Search – CSH Consulting is the
only outside search firm working on the contracted position(s) for
a 30-day period.
• Multiple Position Contingency Searches – CSH Consulting
has been contracted on multiple openings of the same or similar type.
• Single Position Contingency Search – CSH Consulting
has been contracted on a single opening or multiple openings not related.
