Our
Approach
How we partner with clients to conduct searches for payment transaction
professionals.
Assessing the Requirement
Working directly with the hiring manger and team, we analyze our
client’s requirements to gain a full understanding of relative organizational
relationships, determine and prioritize a required set of skills, define
the necessary experience, and identify the other candidate characteristics
necessary for the success of our customized search.
Documentation
After carefully assessing your requirement, we prepare a written document
describing the precise responsibilities of the position, qualifications
required of the ideal candidate, and other criteria for success. This
documented information guides our search efforts through the recruitment
process.
Research
The specification is immediately shared with the entire CSH Consulting
recruitment staff, who in turn, presents it to their individual networking
groups with relevant industry and functional expertise. This thorough
networking process promotes speed and efficiency while maximizing exposure
and confidentiality within the payment transaction community. Simultaneously,
our research team accesses our custom-built database of payments professionals,
corporations, and other sources.
Candidate Identification
Our recruiting specialists selectively present the opportunity to previously
identified industry professionals to assess the interest of these candidates.
Regular communication between the consultant and the client is maintained
during this period of candidate identification.
Candidate Evaluation
Likely prospects are interviewed by the consultant who evaluates each
in direct comparison with the detailed requirement documentation to ensure
an ideal match not only in skills, but also in regards to experience and
potential cultural fit with the client organization.
Candidate Referencing
Once our consultant has selected the top candidates, we contact individuals
who are capable of providing first-hand insights about the candidate’s
qualifications and experience as they directly relate to the job requirement.
These individuals may be provided by the candidate or may be networking
partners of CSH Consulting that have had an opportunity to witness the
work performed by the candidate in the past. The collective comments made
by these references are then provided to the client.
Presentation of Candidates
The consultant will provide a written summary for each candidate who is
determined to be a close fit for the position. This summary will compare
the candidate(s) profile with the requirement documentation.
Interviewing
In accordance with your interviewing procedures and preferences, the consultant
schedules a mutually convenient meeting between the client and each candidate.
After each interview, the consultant contacts both the client and the
candidate for feedback.
Offer Extension
Once a candidate has been selected, the consultant will assist in structuring
and presentation of employment offer as the client wishes. The consultant
will also contact all those who have been helpful in the search, thanking
them on behalf of the client.
