Curt Hensley, President and C.E.O.
Mr. Hensley was the original founder of CSH Consulting and currently heads the corporation’s board of directors as well as providing executive leadership for the company. Curt remains a very hands-on part of the recruitment and sales staff. His background includes leading the expansion efforts of Natural Data, a Phoenix based technical recruitment firm. While at Natural Data Curt began relationships with TSYS Acquiring Solutions, American Express, Hypercom and several other transaction processing leaders. TSYS Acquiring Solutions later rewarded Mr. Hensley and CSH Consulting by allowing them to administer their entire recruitment effort.

Mr. Hensley is a current board member of Springboard Staffing, a Phoenix based healthcare staffing firm. Curt is a graduate of Indiana University and attended Indiana University Medical School in Indianapolis. Mr. Hensley and his wife moved to Arizona in 1996 and currently reside in Scottsdale.

J.T. Driscoll, Vice President of Recruitment Services
Mr. Driscoll leads CSH Consulting’s recruiting operations and also serves on the company’s board of directors. J.T. came to CSH Consulting after founding Cura Recruiting Systems, a full service healthcare recruitment firm based in Phoenix. Prior to Cura Mr. Driscoll had a very successful career as the Vice President of Natural Data. During his time there, J.T. lead the entire corporation's sales and recruitment efforts. He was a major reason that Natural Data was recognized as the country’s 157th fastest growing privately held company for their expansion in the late 90’s. J.T. was twice recognized as Natural Data’s Employee of the Year for his efforts.

Mr. Driscoll holds a BS Degree in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University. JT, an Arizona native, is a proud father and currently resides in Phoenix.

Jeff Johnson, Vice President of Recruitment Services
Mr. Johnson leads CSH Consulting’s recruiting operations from the Dallas, Texas office and also serves on the company’s board of directors. Jeff came to CSH Consulting after fours years of leading the recruitment effort for Paymentech, a leader in the electronics payments industry. Mr. Johnson managed the search and recruitment effort for the corporation's nationwide business units and was a major contributor to the growth of the sales organization. His role was designed to source hard-to-find, experienced talent with merchant acquiring backgrounds. Jeff brings over 12 years of experience in executive recruiting to CSH Consulting. Previously he was a senior recruiter for MRI and Romac International where he experienced a great deal of success sourcing executives with human resources and finance backgrounds.

Mr. Johnson holds a BS Degree in Speech and Communication from The University of Arizona. Jeff is an Arizona native, and currently resides in Dallas.
